Hi, I am Imelda Melani.

I am an Early Childhood Educator and currently pursuing my Bachelor of Early Childhood Teacher in Sydney, Australia.

My philosophy in teaching young children are I believe that each child learns, grows, processes and implements their own learning differently with their own uniqueness, I value their identity as who they are and I believe that they are born with their own purpose. Therefore, I am here to expand and support their learning with the capacity of knowledge and skills which I gain through pursuing my Bachelor of Early Childhood Teacher.
The documents provide the information for early childhood educators and teachers as a guide within daily practices in early learning context and support the author in providing explanation required. DEEWR describes a vision for children’s learning, elements of framework, children’s learning, early childhood pedagogy, principles, practices, learning outcomes, because this document from a reliable source as Australia first national framework, therefore the document is useful for research topic to extend, enrich and assist author to find relevant document according to the topic. Fellowes and Oakley in their book also provide useful information for educators to reflect about theoretical views of children's language development. Finally, the documents conclude the requirement of this assignment as a reflection for educators’ and teachers’ need for teaching.
